Formerly Director of Global Regulatory Services at Leatherhead Food Research between September 2012 and November 2015, Sukh has been advising the food and FMCG industry independently, and “in-house” on commercial compliance for nearly three decades; and is currently a retained Technical Adviser to the Council of the Health Food Manufacturers Association and a Director of Propportunity® advising numerous clients.
